We are a team of psychotherapist with many years of experience working in the different areas of mental health in individuals of all ages.
Our clinicians utilize a variety of approaches to work with clients across the age and gender spectrum. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere with the goal of helping all of our clients attain their highest level of mental and relationship health and wellness.

Felicia is engaged in the change process and believes in making the best of what life throws at you. Felicia has worked in the helping profession for many decades practicing as a nurse in the continents of Africa, Europe, and North America.
Sofia Antoniadis
Registered Social Worker
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work, fully registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I have been providing counselling and psychotherapy services for over five years, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.
